What does the AI Filter Suite actually do?
A guest steps up, the Canon EOS R100 mirrorless camera with a true off-camera studio flash takes a properly lit photograph, and the AI Filter Suite rebuilds that photograph in a chosen style. The result is not the same photo with a tint over it. It is a new image in which the guest is recognisably themselves, rendered as if a painter, a film photographer or a magazine art director had made it.

It works on whole groups, not just single faces, so a table of eight comes out as one painting rather than eight separate ones stitched together.
Why do guests use it more than once?
A standard booth gets one visit per guest, maybe two. The AI Filter Suite restyles every shot differently on each visit, so the third trip to the booth looks nothing like the first. That is the mechanic. The queue is not people waiting politely for their turn; it is people going back to see what they get this time.
How is this different from a phone filter?
- A phone filter overlays an effect on the pixels that are already there. The AI Filter Suite rebuilds the image, so lighting, texture and composition change with the style.
- The starting point is a studio-lit photograph from a Canon EOS R100 mirrorless camera with a true off-camera studio flash, not a phone camera. The better the input, the better the rebuild.
- It is run on the booth by the operator, in the flow of the event. Nobody is fiddling with an app.
- Every guest is still recognisable. The point is a portrait of the person, not a cartoon of them.
Do we still get the normal photos?
Yes. The straight-from-the-booth photo is still captured and sits in the gallery alongside the styled version. Black-and-white, colour and glam filters, GIFs and boomerangs are all in The Set regardless. The gallery is live from the first photo via QR code, and stays hosted for 12 months.

The AI Filter Suite is part of The Set rather than an add-on, so the price of the AI photobooth is the price of the booth. The only pre-selection in the Set Builder is a fourth hour for weddings, at $149, and it is removable in one tap.
Who owns the photos, and where do they go?
The photos are the client's. Guests save their own by scanning the QR code at the booth, or by SMS or email, and the full gallery is hosted for 12 months for download. How personal information from enquiries is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
