Say Cheese Co. ("we", "us", "our") is a photobooth hire business based in Sydney, NSW (ABN 92 281 051 220). This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your event date, event type and approximate guest count
• Venue details, setting preference and package interest
• Any notes or additional details you choose to share, and how you heard about us

We do not collect payment information through this website. We also don't use cookies or analytics scripts to track your browsing beyond the Google Ads conversion tag noted below.

3. How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and check availability for your event
• Send you booking confirmations and related communication by email
• Notify our team internally (including via Slack) so we can respond promptly
• Improve our services and understand how customers find us

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Where it's stored and who we share it with

Enquiry details are stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase. Emails triggered by your enquiry (confirmations and internal notifications) are sent via Resend. We use these providers solely to operate our booking process — they act as our service providers and do not use your information for their own purposes.

We run Google Ads conversion tracking on this site so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This records that a conversion occurred (e.g. you submitted an enquiry) but does not share the content of your enquiry with Google.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet our record-keeping and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

6. Your rights
