How many hours does a party need?
3 hours is right for most parties. The booth is busiest in the first hour, settles while food is served, and picks up again once the music does. Setup and packdown sit outside the booked time, so the full 3 hours are open hours.

Does it work at a house party or only at a venue?
Both. The booth is open-air: a backdrop, a camera on a stand and a studio flash, with no enclosure. It needs roughly a three metre by three metre area with a standard power point within reach. A garage, a covered deck, a lounge room with the furniture pushed back, or a corner of a function room all work.
The gallery is live from the first photo and stays online for 12 months, so the friends who left early still get their photos, and the birthday person gets the whole night in one place the next morning.
