Yes. A custom strip template with revisions is part of The Set. Send the logo, the brand colours and any event name or hashtag, and the template is built to match, with revisions included until it is signed off. Every print that leaves the booth and every photo in the gallery carries it.

The backdrop is your choice of six. Black or white comes with The Set and sits cleanly behind most branding; the four premium patterns are the $89 upgrade if the brand suits them. A neon sign of your choice beside the booth is $99, and a red carpet entrance with runner and stanchions is $89.

The gallery is live from the first photo. Guests scan a QR code at the booth, or receive their photos by SMS or email, and post from their own phones while the event is still running. Prints come out in under 9 seconds. The full gallery stays hosted for 12 months, so the marketing team can pull from it well after the night.

Corporate pricing is the same as every other event. There is no corporate surcharge, and there is no cheaper corporate tier either. Above 200 guests it is $2 a head, shown in the Set Builder before you enquire. A long evening can add an extra hour for $149.

• Public liability insurance is included and a certificate of currency is available for the venue on request.
• A trained Say Cheese operator runs the booth for the full booking. Events are never subcontracted, and the operator is named before the event.
• Setup and packdown sit outside the booked hours and are done before guests arrive. The booth needs roughly a three metre by three metre area and one standard power point.
• A $300 deposit confirms the booking, with a 48-hour cooling-off period. The balance is invoiced and due 7 days before the event, in cleared funds before setup.
• Only one event is taken per date, so the date is yours once the deposit is received.
