Every wedding starts with The Set at $1,299. It is the same base as every other event, because a wedding does not need a different booth, it needs the booth run properly.

When you pick "wedding" in the Set Builder, an extra hour is pre-selected for $149, because a reception has two peaks and three hours covers one. That brings the opening to $1,448. It is a recommendation, not a lock. Remove it with one tap if you would rather have The Set on its own.

The booth earns its keep in the gaps: the moments when guests are standing around with a drink and nothing to do. Three hours covers most receptions if the start time is chosen carefully.

Setup and packdown sit outside your booked hours, so the booth is open for every minute you paid for. Placement, timing and where the booth sits in the room are settled on a short strategy call before the day.

Yes. A custom strip template with revisions is part of The Set. Send through the invitation suite, the colour palette or the typeface, and the strip is designed to sit beside them, with your names and date on every print. Revisions are included until it is right.

The Time Capsule is a video guest book built into the booth itself. Between photos, guests leave a recorded message for the two of you: your guests' voices, kept for good. It is only ever added to a Set because it lives inside the booth, and it is listed at $649 but currently included free with every booking.

Everything is à la carte. A wedding that keeps the extra hour and adds the Time Capsule and the Highlight Reel sits at $1,697, and every item is still removable in the builder.

A wedding has no second take, which is why the Say Cheese Guarantee™ is written into the contract rather than implied. Four promises, each with a written remedy.

1. Set up before your first guest arrives. Booth placement, theme and guest flow are agreed before the event. On the day the booth is set up, tested and open before your first guest walks in.
2. A trained Say Cheese operator, never a subcontractor. Every event is run by the owner or a Say Cheese–trained operator, named before your event and on site for the full duration.
3. Instant gallery via QR, hosted for twelve months. The gallery is live from the first photo. The booth runs on mobile data, so it works in almost every Sydney venue. Guests scan a QR code and save their photos in real time, and the gallery stays online free for twelve months.
4. Every booked minute, or we extend. If a technical issue ever interrupts the booth, it is fixed on the spot and the lost time is added to the end of the booking at no charge.

If Say Cheese Co. does not turn up, the client pays nothing and is refunded in full. If the booth stops working and cannot be restarted, the client does not pay for the time lost. If setup runs late, the lost time is added to the end of the night at no charge. No arguments, no forms: it is written into the contract.

• The Set covers up to 200 guests. Above that it is $2 a head, shown in the builder before you enquire.
• 3 hours are included. An extra hour is $149, and the builder pre-selects it for weddings.
• Weddings are booked across Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands and the Blue Mountains. If the venue is outside metropolitan Sydney, say so in the enquiry and any travel is confirmed before you book.
• The gallery is live from the first photo and stays online for 12 months, so guests who left early still get their prints digitally.
• Only one event is taken per date. Saturdays usually book out four to eight weeks ahead, and popular wedding dates go earlier.
