1. Overview
These terms apply to any booking made with Say Cheese Co. (ABN 92 281 051 220), a photobooth hire business based in Sydney, NSW. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
2. Enquiries & bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not itself confirm a booking. A booking is only confirmed once we've agreed on your event date, package and pricing directly with you and, where applicable, received any required deposit. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
3. Our Guarantee
Confirmed bookings are covered by the Say Cheese Guarantee described elsewhere on this site (on-time setup, a working booth for your full session, a friendly attendant, and your gallery delivered promptly). Full guarantee terms are provided at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand plans change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms (including any applicable deposit or fee) are set out in your individual booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if your event date changes.
5. On the day
A safe, reasonably accessible space with power access is required for booth setup. Say Cheese Co. is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by venue restrictions, power outages, weather (for outdoor setups) or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Photos & usage
Photos captured at your event are provided to you via an online gallery. We may occasionally use event photos in our own marketing (website, social media) unless you let us know in advance that you'd prefer we don't.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid for our services. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
