Say Cheese Co. is based in Sydney and provides photobooth hire across the whole metropolitan area, from the inner west and eastern suburbs to the north shore, northern beaches, the Hills, Parramatta, western and south-western Sydney and the Sutherland Shire. The booth also travels to the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains for weddings and events, with any travel confirmed in the enquiry before you book.

Which parts of Sydney does Say Cheese Co. cover?
All of them. The Set at $1,299 is the same price anywhere in metropolitan Sydney, and the booth is brought to the venue, set up and packed down by the operator outside your 3 booked hours.

Which regions outside Sydney does the booth travel to?
Four regions are regular destinations because that is where Sydney couples and families hold the events that suit a photobooth best. Weddings are the most common reason for travel, followed by milestone birthdays.

If your venue is somewhere else in New South Wales, ask. Whether it is possible depends on the date and the distance, and the answer comes back with the quote rather than after it.
Is travel included in the price?
Within metropolitan Sydney the price you build in the Set Builder is the price you pay. For the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands and Blue Mountains, mention the venue in your enquiry and any travel is confirmed in writing before you book. Nothing is added afterwards.
What does the venue need to provide for the booth?
The open-air booth is compact and self-contained, which is why it fits in venues that a fixed enclosed booth cannot.
- A floor area of roughly three metres by three metres, so the backdrop, the camera and a queue all fit.
- One standard power point within reach. Extension leads are brought and taped down.
- An indoor space or a fully covered outdoor area. The camera, flash and printer cannot sit in the open in rain or direct weather.
- Reasonable access for a trolley from the car park to the room. Stairs and lifts are fine with notice.
Placement is agreed on the fifteen-minute strategy call before the event, so the booth ends up where guests actually pass it, not in a corridor.
When does the operator arrive?
Before your first guest. Setup happens outside the 3 booked hours and the booth is open at the event's stated start time, which is the first promise of the Say Cheese Guarantee™. For regional venues the arrival time is planned with the travel in mind, not squeezed against the start.

- Do you charge more for events in western Sydney or the Shire?
- No. Every metropolitan Sydney event is the same price, starting at $1,299 for The Set.
- Can you do a Hunter Valley or Southern Highlands wedding?
- Yes. Both are regular destinations. Put the venue and the date in your enquiry and travel is confirmed with the quote.
- Can the booth be set up outdoors?
- Under cover, yes: a marquee, a verandah or a covered terrace all work. Fully exposed outdoor positions are not suitable for the camera, flash and printer.
- Do you take more than one event a day in different areas?
- No. Only one event is booked per date, so the operator and the equipment are never split between two venues.
