What does The Set cost, and what is included for $1,299?
Every booking starts with The Set at $1,299. There are no tiers to decode: the base price already contains everything a good photobooth night needs, including the AI Filter Suite, and add-ons are only there if you want them.

The Set covers up to 200 guests. Above that we add $2 a head, because a bigger crowd means more prints, more paper and more time at the booth. Setup and packdown sit outside the 3 hours, so the booth is open for the whole time you paid for.
What do the photobooth add-ons cost?
Add-ons are priced individually and can be added or removed with one tap in the Set Builder. Nothing paid is ever pre-ticked because of an ad; the only pre-selection is the recommended opening for your event type, and that is removable too.

The Time Capsule lives inside the booth, so it is only ever added to a Set and is not hired on its own. The two guest books are alternatives (pick one). There are no bundles: every add-on is priced on its own.
What do most Sydney events end up paying?
The Set Builder pre-selects a fourth hour for weddings and nothing for celebrations. Everything in it can be removed, and the total updates as you go.

How does the $99 date hold work?
A date hold is not a booking and not the deposit. $99 holds your date for 7 days while you decide, and during those 7 days no other booking is taken for it. It is fully refundable on request within the window and comes off your total if you go ahead. After 7 days the date is released and the $99 stays on your account as credit toward any future booking within 12 months; you can give it to someone else. If we can't service your date, the $99 is refunded in full.
How do deposits, balances and cancellations work?
- A $300 deposit confirms the booking. Only one event is taken per date, so the deposit is what makes the date yours.
- There is a 48-hour cooling-off period after paying the deposit, with a full refund of the deposit inside it.
- After the cooling-off period the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another date within 12 months, subject to availability.
- The balance is due 7 days before the event, in cleared funds before setup begins.
- If you cancel 30 or more days out, the balance is refunded in full. Between 14 and 29 days out, 50% of the balance is payable. Under 14 days, the full fee is payable.

- Is there a cheaper package than The Set?
- No. $1,299 is the starting price for every event, and it already includes 3 hours of unlimited prints, the instant gallery, the operator and the guarantee. The savings come from adding only what you want rather than from a stripped-back tier.
- Can I hire the booth for more than three hours?
- Yes. An extra hour is $149, and the Set Builder pre-selects it for weddings because a reception has two peaks.
- Are prices in Australian dollars?
- Yes. Every price on this site is in Australian dollars, and the total shown in the Set Builder is the total on your invoice.
- Do prices change for Saturdays or peak season?
- No. The Set and the add-ons cost the same on every date. Saturdays simply book out earlier, usually four to eight weeks ahead.
- Does the price include a backdrop?
- Yes. A standard black or white backdrop is included in The Set at no extra cost. The four premium backdrops — Floral White, Gold Stardust, Pink Romance and Dreamy Blue — are the $89 premium backdrop upgrade, charged once whichever one you choose.
